Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and cilantro.
  2. Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. For a smoother texture, use a hand mixer or food processor.
  4. Transfer the butter onto a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up or freeze for longer storage.
