  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll dough into a 10–12 inch round on floured surface.

2. Place dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with melted butter.

3. Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

4. Sprinkle streusel evenly over the dough, pressing lightly.

5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and topping is crisp.

6. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm pizza.

7. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
